OM v0.40 is up

The new version of Ovulating Maiden is up now for patrons.  Note that this update is on the smaller side and includes a more storyline, a new erotic scene that has the most CGs of any erotic scene in the game so far (with new animations) that features Lyria and Miyumi, and minor spelling/grammar fixes.
